About
I'm a photographer based in Southern Ontario, working primarily with large format film — a Chamonix 4x5 and a small collection of lenses I know well enough to trust.
The work in this exhibition was made in Knoydart, a remote peninsula on the west coast of Scotland. It's a place that resists hurry. No roads in. Weather that changes faster than you can meter for it. The landscape asked something of me I couldn't quite find anywhere else — patience, mostly, and a willingness to come home with nothing.
